If we want our mouths and teeth to be healthy all the time, we should brush our teeth twice a day, after breakfast and before bedtime. We need to clean our teeth with the dental floss to prevent food from being removed once a day. We have to choose our toothbrushes from the soft and weigh ones in according to keep our mouths healthy and we have to change it once every 3 years.

We must stay away from the factors that affect our dental healths negatively such as cola, soda-containing beverages, hard-shell nuts. We should go to a dentist at least twice a year for checking our oral and dental healths.
